- Houses in San Tan and Arizona City are selling quickly! It’s taking fewer than 45 to sell a property in both cities.
- Compared with the rest of the county, Casa Grande is experiencing a relatively small increase in house values (5.6%) and houses are selling slowly (57 days)
- Did you buy a house in Coolidge, AZ in 2018? If so, your home may have experienced a 12.7% increase in value!!

We can see that houses are selling like hot cakes in Arizona City, Maricopa, and San Tan Valley. Houses in each of those markets are only staying on the market for 45 days or fewer. Coolidge and Casa Grande houses are on other side of the spectrum. Houses in these markets are selling much slower; 57 days.

The median House price in Coolidge increased 12.7% from 2018 to 2019! Florence and Maricopa median house prices were up by over 10% year over year. Houses in Casa Grande and Arizona City experienced a more modest increase of 5-6%.
