Hi, my name is Becky Fox, and I had owned a house here in Casa Grande for about 5 years. It was an old house, built in ‘59, and I had… there was a lot of things that needed to be done with it and I was just overwhelmed with it. So I just decided I was gonna sell it and I saw Rusty on Facebook so I gave him a call to see about buying my house – a cash buy.
