Acceptance of these terms

Inquiries, offers, and no contract from a form

Accuracy of information you submit

You agree that the name, phone, email, property address, occupancy, condition, and other details you send are true to the best of your knowledge. You also represent that you have authority to inquire about selling that property, or that you are contacting us on behalf of someone who does. If information is incomplete or wrong, any discussion or offer may change or be withdrawn.

Site content, warranties, and liability

Content on this site is provided “as is” and “as available” for general information. We do not warrant that pages are error-free, always available, or fit for a particular purpose.
